The Inline Aeration Kit is designed to provide proper oxygen levels in the wort during transfers of pilot batch sizes after chilling. Proper oxygen levels are critical to healthy yeast growth in brewery fermentation, which helps ensure great-tasting beer. It uses an oxygen stone and connects with sanitary 1.0/1.5" tri-clamp connections.
