Sanitary Fittings

We will choose stainless steel sanitary fittings rather than any other ordinary fittings in the food, beverage, biopharmaceutical, and personal care industries. Sanitary tube fittings are easily cleanable. They can either be cleaned by dismantling a system manually or using a clean-in-place process. They limit entrapment areas where bacteria could form or harbour, and they are also corrosion-resistant. The most prevalent sanitary fitting end connection offerings are buttweld and sanitary clamp. A sanitary clamp joint consists of two gender-neutral fittings with a gasket in between, all held together by a clamp. There is a host of other lesser-known sanitary connection systems, including DIN, SMS, John Perry, bevel seats, I-Line and Q-Line.
